Nicole has been with the company virtually since day one. She has a degree with honours in Nutritional Science and she has a deep personal interest in nutrition. Nicole's understanding is not of the "eat less sugar" variety, she understands nutrition at a molecular level, how certain constituents of foods interact with each other, for example, in order to assist the body in any number of its marvelous functions or conversely, in degeneration. Nicole is involved in the science behind product development.

Nicole is a bright person with a good mind for technical detail. She sifts through literally hundreds of scientific and technical journals on a weekly basis to ensure that Natural Farmworks is staying on top of current information and trends in the health and nutrition industry.

Nicole is a farm girl who has a soft spot for animals that are down on their luck and to date has unintentionally acquired two cats and a big white dog. They take up residence with Nicole in her lakeside home not far from the production facility where our products are manufactured. Nicole is an Alberta born girl who is a voracious reader and a confirmed carnivore who supports the local beef industry through her steak addiction.
